  • Do Your Prefab Units Include a Warranty?
    Yes, our prefab units include a standard home warranty. Warranty Information will be provided in the sales contract.
  • Do You Offer Financing For Your Buildings?
    We do not offer in house financing, but we are more than happy to recommend a variety of lenders that may be a good fit for you!
  • What Areas Do You Sell To?
    We primarily serve the Gallatin County area in Montana, however we are more than happy to discuss a project that is outside of the county or even the State itself. Give us a call at (406) 920-8804 to see if we can make something work!
  • Will You Build a Custom Design?
    All of our units are highly customizable both inside and out, however if there is a specific floor plan or structure style that you have in mind that we don't already offer, give us a call and we will see what we can do! We are more than willing to cater to your specific needs as long as it is a good fit for us.
  • How Long Will It Take To Prepare My Site?
    In most cases, depending on the type of foundation that is chosen for your specific site, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get your site ready for a unit to be delivered. In more complex environments, it may take longer to get your site ready. The good news is that the site prep will not slow down the production of your unit. We simultaneously work on your building while we are preparing your site for delivery.
  • Will My Prefab Meet State and Local Code Requirements?
    Yes, absolutely. Every unit is built to the highest standards and will be completely up to code with state and local requirements.
  • What Does The Process Look Like?
    Our process is simple: Design Consultation –> Permitting –> Site Prep/Offsite Construction –> Delivery/Install

  • How Long Will It Take To Build My Unit?
    Depending on the model you choose, you can expect your unit to be ready for shipment 1-3 months after final designs are agreed upon.
  • What Kind of Permitting Will I Need?
    We will work closely with you and the local government to ensure that all permitting is secured for your project. This involves acquiring land use permits, building permits, and electrical/plumbing permits.
  • How Long Does It Take to Install The Unit?
    Installing the unit onto the foundation usually takes about a day. It usually takes 3-5 days to get the unit fully operational once it is placed on the foundation.
  • How Are Your Units Transported?
    Upon completion, our units are securely transported on a trailer to their destination. From there, the unit is usually lifted onto its foundation with a crane. In certain situations, a crane may not be needed.
